What type of images are supported? High resolution 300 DPI PNG files are the best for printing.
How quickly will I receive my gang sheet? If you order by 12pm Monday – Thursday, we offer a 24-hour turnaround time. Orders submitted Friday – Sunday will be ready the following Monday. Our system automatically updates you via email when your order is ready for pickup.
When will my order ship? All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being printed. Once Frisco Craft Studio releases your package to the shipping carriers we cannot be held responsible for any issues or delays. No refunds will be provided, and you must file a claim with the shipping provider.
